October 15, 2026 · Announcement released October 8, 2026

A film created live. An audience watching as it happens. A comedy franchise stepping onto a national stage. This is an exciting new chapter for 5120, and a vivid example of entertainment and technology moving together.
The Announcement
Hidden Empire Film Group, 5120 Entertainment, and Rip Micheals Entertainment have announced One Scary Night, a horror film to be shot and streamed live from Atlanta on October 31, 2026. The planned production brings comedians, actors, and online creators into a shared live event.
The partnership also announced the Meet the Blacks Live Tour, taking the film franchise into a stage experience combining comedy, music, and its cinematic world. Atlanta is the first announced market; further cities and show details are to follow.
Hidden Empire brings the filmmaking of Deon Taylor and producer Roxanne Avent Taylor. Eugene Parker’s 5120 contributes its live-entertainment and production experience, alongside Rip Micheals Entertainment’s background in national comedy and music touring.
In the October 8 release, cast, streaming service, and ticketing information remained forthcoming. October 31 is the event date confirmed by DHJ for this update.

The DonCo AI Question: What Supports the Show?
DHJ’s interest is in the operating work behind ambitious entertainment. When film production, touring, streaming, marketing, and audience communication meet, the teams need a dependable way to keep approved information moving.
For DonCo, this announcement makes that question tangible: could AI help the people coordinating the work see changes sooner, find the right source, and spend less time reconciling documents?
One Approved Plan, Many Moving Parts
An exploratory workflow could compare approved schedules, production notes, and action lists, then draft a daily briefing: what changed, which handoffs are waiting, and who needs to review an open question. Each point would link back to its source.
Content That Stays Connected to Its Context
Another possibility is a searchable index of approved transcripts, promotional assets, and delivery requirements. A coordinator could locate material, check versions, and prepare platform-specific handoff lists while the creative team retains editorial control.
Start Small, Learn from the Work
A useful first experiment could be one production brief and its action log, producing a draft status report for human review. The team could evaluate factual accuracy, missing items, and time spent reviewing before deciding whether to expand.
These are DonCo’s future workflow ideas. The announcement does not claim an AI-powered production, and no such system or partnership implementation is being announced here. Creative decisions, commitments, permissions, and publication would stay with the responsible people.
The news is the show taking shape. The DonCo opportunity is to explore how the work behind it could become clearer, more connected, and easier to run.
