The Addie public project preview

What Exists Today

An existing land and housing development effort. The public Addie Homes site describes a planned 38-home community in Sacramento’s Meadowview area and lists entitlement submission in spring 2026. DHJ serves as lead PC on the development side, directly under NCCHC’s director.

The Technology Connection

The development project is the starting point. A future idea is to explore whether AI could help nonprofit teams organize the documents, correspondence, deadlines, and open questions involved in coordination with local government.

Website descriptions and imagery do not confirm later approvals, completed homes, or construction progress.

What’s Next

Possible directions include source-linked document summaries, draft checklists, deadline tracking, and draft updates for human review. These are ideas for discovery and stakeholder discussion, not implemented tools, agency integrations, or an announced NCCHC technology program.
