OSCR
Strategy, configuration, and protection in one workspace.

What Exists Today
An approval-based, Paper-only pilot. The current product includes bot views, account-isolated alerts, positions, historical trade review, reference and execution charts, and Guardian protective monitoring. Real-money execution is locked off.
The Technology Connection
Python services and backend code, a TypeScript/React interface, Vite/esbuild, Alpaca Paper APIs, and IEX market data. A dedicated Mac mini is the authorized submission host, with macOS launchd services. Codex has helped build the system and operate its host through configuration, maintenance, and checks.
What’s Next
Text and voice intelligence with allowlisted commands, iPhone TestFlight, and macOS distribution remain planned. The Fast Trigger experiment remains shadow-only, with broker submission disabled.

Paper Pilot: Sprint Progress & Session Closeout
October 15, 2026
October 15: Days 20 and 21 passed following the default/report migration and 496 post-install regression checks. Day 22 is underway, with 33 related authorization tests passing. The TSLT Paper position closed at 12:50:43 PM Pacific; flat confirmation followed at 12:50:58, and fresh reads confirmed the owner and both connected student accounts flat. Day 19 acceptance remains pending with background evidence collection; no qualifying prospective matched pairs have been collected. Fast Trigger remains strictly shadow-only with broker submission disabled. The broker-confirmed gold entry marker is deployed and user-confirmed. End-to-end Paper OAuth remains unverified. Recovery-evidence consolidation and schedule review remain; proposed schedule changes are not approved or implemented. October 28 remains the MVP closeout target.

October 14, 2026 · Two milestones worth revisiting
Same Bot Setup. Two Accounts. A Fork in the Road.
Pilot Account A and Pilot Account B both attempted a BTC Paper entry under the same strategy family, roughly 29.54 seconds apart. Pilot Account B submitted first and its order canceled without a fill; Pilot Account A submitted later and filled. Separate accounts. Different execution outcomes. DHJ’s reaction: “OSCR is alive!”
Pilot Account B Spotted the Shift First.
Matching SNDK 15-minute RVOL30 and pressure changes appeared with displayed timestamps of 11:30:28 AM Pacific in Pilot Account B and 11:35:19 AM in admin—a 4-minute, 51-second difference. The smaller pilot account had something to say before the big dashboard caught up. Legggghhhgoooo!
Why These Moments Matter
An independent creator watched his system produce observable differences across separate accounts—and preserved screenshots and timestamped records to investigate them. That deserves a bookmark, a proper archive, and a colorful story.
Keep the Receipts—and the Distinction.
These are documented differences in execution outcomes and displayed timing. The screenshots are not independently synchronized clocks, and the causes remain open to investigation. They do not establish consciousness or intentional independent reasoning. “The bots were alive” captures the founder’s excitement.
The day OSCR surprised its creator—and we saved the receipts.
